BOOKING METHOD
When booking for longer stays, a deposit equal to the amount of the first night is required to secure the room.
The reservation is definitely confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment.

Check-in from 15.00 to 20.00 (in case of check-in after 8 p.m., please contact the property)
Check-out 10.00

WHAT IS INCLUDED
Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it using our voucher at the “Bar Cotognata Leccese”, located only 300 mt from the property, in via G.Marconi (1 voucher per person every day).
The price includes clean towels, toiletries and bed linen.
Towels will be changed every 3 nights or under request.

Bed linen and towels will always be changed at the arrival of new guests.

Smoking is forbidden both in the rooms and in the communal areas. Pets are not allowed.
